DOWNLOAD 2010 SPRING SHOW ENTRY FORM

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Utah artists 18 yrs. and older. Original artwork may be submitted in oil, acrylic, watercolor, opaque watercolor, drawing or mixed media. No 3D, giclee, digital or Xerox copies, or art previously exhibited in a juried show at the Utah County Gallery. Size limit is 48”x48” and can weigh no more than 40 lbs. All pieces must be framed and wired (screw eyes and wire) to be accepted.

SUBMISSION OF ARTWORK: Deliver art on SATURDAY, MAY 1 from 10 a.m. to noon, to the Health and Justice Building, 151 South University Avenue, Provo, Utah.

Two works of art may be submitted. A $10.00 non-refundable entry fee
will be charged per entry. If a work is sold as a result of appearing in this exhibit, a commission of 20% of the sale price will be paid to the Utah County Art Board. The art board may use images of works accepted for current or future publicity. The art board reserves the right to restrict acceptance due to community standards; no nudes, racism, sexism, or radical politics.

JURIED SHOW: This show is a juried show with cash awards. Artists will be notified of the decision of the jurors by postcard.

INSURANCE: While reasonable precautions will be taken against damage, theft, and loss, artists entering this exhibit assume all liability, and must sign a release form when submitting artwork.

RECEPTION & AWARDS CEREMONY: A reception honoring exhibiting artists will be held FRIDAY, MAY 1 from 6 to 9 p.m. Awards program begins at 7 p.m. Refreshments and live music are planned.

PICK-UP ART WORK: Artwork not accepted into the show may be picked up during the reception on May 7. Accepted works must remain in the exhibit for the duration of the show and may be picked up on Friday, June 28 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. or Saturday, June 29 from 9 to 11 a.m.
